1. Definitions and Interpretation

The following terms used in these Terms and Conditions have specific meanings:

• "Platform" refers to the pklk website, application, and all related services.
• "User" or "You" refers to any person registered on pklk.
• "Account" refers to your personal registered profile on the platform.
• "Bonus" refers to promotional rewards, cashback, or additional balance provided by pklk.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the amount that must be wagered before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• "Payment Method" refers to the mobile banking services accepted on pklk — bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Legal Eligibility

To use the pklk platform, you must be at least 21 years of age. Access or registration by minors is strictly prohibited. pklk may request the necessary documents for age verification at any time.

2.2 Account Creation Rules

Each user may open only one account. Creating multiple accounts under the same person's name is strictly prohibited. At the time of registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and your own personal information. Providing false or incomplete information may result in account termination.

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, notify the pklk support team immediately. pklk will not be held responsible for unauthorized use of your account.

3. Payments — Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Rules

Three mobile banking methods can be used to deposit funds on pklk: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 for each method. Deposited funds are generally added to your account instantly. pklk only accepts deposits from the user's own mobile banking account — deposits through third parties are prohibited.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are usually processed within 1 hour after verification. Withdrawals will only be made to the mobile banking number used for the deposit.

3.3 Fraud and Irregularities

pklk reserves the right to investigate any unusual, suspicious, or fraudulent transactions and to suspend the associated account. In cases of proven fraud, all balances may be forfeited.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New users on pklk receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳3,000. Depositing ৳10,000 gives the maximum ৳8,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳18,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

A 25x wagering requirement must be met before the welcome bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount — not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: receiving a ৳2,000 bonus means ৳2,000 × 25 = ৳50,000 must be wagered before the bonus funds become withdrawable.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period; if the wagering requirement is not met within the specified time, the bonus may be cancelled.
• It may not be possible to claim multiple bonuses at the same time — please refer to the specific terms of the applicable promotion.
• Bonus funds are not directly withdrawable; they are for use in games only.
• pklk reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.
• If misuse of the bonus system is detected, the account may be suspended.

5. VIP Program and Cashback

pklk's VIP program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. You can move up to a higher tier through regular play.

• Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.3%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.5%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 0.8%.

The criteria for promotion and demotion between VIP tiers are determined by pklk and may change. Specific terms applicable to cashback apply separately.

6. Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play

pklk operates on a fair play policy. All game outcomes are determined by neutral software (RNG — Random Number Generator). No user has any ability to manipulate results.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and subject to penalties:

• Operating games through automated software, bots, or artificial intelligence.
• Intentionally exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs.
• Colluding with other users to take advantage of the bonus system.
• Any form of fraud, theft, or attempt at money laundering.
• Playing on behalf of or managing an account for a minor.

6.3 Betting Limits

pklk may set minimum and maximum bet limits for various games and betting markets. These limits may change at any time. If an attempt to exploit the system through unusually large bets or any strategy is detected, pklk reserves the right to void the relevant bet.

7. Account Suspension and Closure

7.1 Suspension by pklk

pklk may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of these Terms.
• Registration using false information.
• Suspicion of fraud or money laundering.
• Discovery that the user is a minor.
• When required to resolve technical issues on the platform.

7.2 Closure at the User's Own Initiative

Any user may request to close their account voluntarily. Pending withdrawals will be processed before the account is closed, however bonus balances may be forfeited. The option to set a self-imposed break or limits as part of responsible gaming is also available.
